My thoughts, my feelings, that's all.

This is just for myself. No one to impress, not for the hype.

This was how I felt when I was a base

Tues 11:50PM

I am so sore. I feel like I had cheer practice two days in a row and worked on stunts both days.

Intense ass workout. Jesus Christ.

If I do it again I’m slowing down. And drinking water before. I felt like my legs were about to give out.

Well! Back to the gym tomorrow! I want to take advantage of being able to work out as much as I can during the week.

The Pieces Don’t Fit Anymore - James Morrison

I wish I heard this song back in 2010 because it makes a lot of sense.

If you, someone in particular, listened to this, then you’ll understand where I was coming from.

Oh well.

Sternberg’s Triangular Theory of Love
Robert Sternberg developed a model of love which explains that different types of love can be classified by the combinations of three main components. The relationships that have more elements present are stronger and are more likely to last.
Three Components:
“Intimacy– Which encompasses feelings of attachment, closeness, connectedness, and bondedness.”
“Passion– Which encompasses drives connected to both limerence and sexual attraction.”
“Commitment– Which encompasses, in the short term, the decision to remain with another, and in the long term, the shared achievements and plans made with that other.”
